Flexibility is one of the important characteristics in the construction management field. They must be able to cope up with the fast pace environment of the construction industry. Individuals hoping to land a construction management job must also be decisive and can work well under extreme pressure when dealing with unanticipated occurrences and delays in the project. They must also be able to organize several key actions at once while evaluating and working out specific problems. Leadership skills are also vital in order to establish good work relationship with different individuals in the construction industry. Holding a degree in construction management offers good employment opportunities because of the scarcity of individuals qualified for the available construction management jobs.
